They then asked us to taste the difference between 2 types of chocolate.
Year 5 came in to show us a presentation about chocolate. We learnt a lot from it.

We then used a photograph of ourselves and completed the same task except this time we used watercolour paints. We thought that these were the best as they looked more realistic because of the different strokes we could do. We could also mix the exact colour we needed.
After researching Lauren Child’s and looking at Charlie and Lola, we decided to experiment with her drawings and with different forms of colour. We chose a character, cut them in half and then tried to draw the rest of the picture in the same art form. We then tried felt tips and watercolour pencils to see which one was best. We decided that the pencils were best as the felt tips ran and looked messy.
